PlacementSignal stores the sending email you provide, an encrypted authorization token for the connected mailbox, test status, inbox-placement observations, and subscription status. We use this information only to run and report the placement tests you request.

Mailbox authorization is used to send the controlled test messages. PlacementSignal does not read your inbox or contacts. You can revoke mailbox access with your email provider and request deletion by contacting privacy@placementsignal.com.

Payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by PlacementSignal. Controlled inbox-test data is processed through the connected placement network.
